What a sad situation...this is located in downtown Pontotoc...right on Main Street...next to the funeral home (your last trip downtown). The building codes now are so strict. Why can't we clean up what we already have instead of worrying excessively over what is being built. The new building codes are at least 50 pages thick, legal size paper. They even want to know what kind of flowers you plan to use in your landscape! Let's clean up what we already have before becoming obsessed with what is to come. It is ok to have building codes to keep things like this from happening, but get real! building codes

I know of a business that is a million dollar deal, and the mayor and beautification director, was refusing to let them build because they didn't have the flowers drawn out to specs, stupid right?
