Pontotoc High School

I havent been back to Pontotoc in many years but think of it often. As well as all the people Ive known and graduated with. Im in Texas waiting for deployment to the Marine Corps. Havent heard anything about a reunion either. Maybe I missed it. Hope everyone is doing well.

i use to live in pontotoc in the year of 2002 but i came back to mexico and i havent benn in pontotoc since that day so i want to tell you that i miss all the teachers but specially my old friendsa like iktze that shes in 11 grade now i probably i will be there in the next two months so im going to see everyone. thank you for your time.

I think that title says it all. I left Pontotoc in 82 and thought it was the worst thing that ever happened. But it was the best as I learned to appreciate the place more. I love my visits back and how little things really change there. I plan to retire there in about 15 years so don't go changing things on me folks.

My high school career had a greater effect on me than I ever imagined--especially my experiences in the band. So much that I became a teacher myself. I know I speak for others when I say that we have had some great teachers and band directors graduate from this school. One in particular will never be forgotten. I will miss you, Jim Seth Wallace.
